"Wouldn't A Dog Rather Be On A Log Than A Frog?
Frog has a problem with dogs sitting on frogs.
"Cats sit on mats, / frogs sit on logs, / and dogs sit on FROGS!"So Frog decides to do something about it. He changes the rules.
"From now on, dogs sit on logs, and not frogs!"And so the silly, rhyming story begins.
"Dogs sit on logs, / and cats sit on gnats."
What Concerned Me: Nothing
What I Liked Most: This is a wonderful way to teach rhymes; kids won't even realize how much they're learning.
Both the text and the illustrations will have kids laughing out loud.
